you cant not switch trinket while in combo
and aslo i means you can use it for combo in Duel PVP in sametime

no you cant, but you can “que” a trinket. once combat drops it will autoswap it.
you means you need to kill enemy to switch another trinket it make no sense for pvp
whould you do it you kill enemy or you dead before you can switch trinket again
It makes no sense to bring consumables into this, if that makes sense then I can argue that other classes can dispel the charm or sleep effect on you.
From pure racial perspective, without taking into account trinkets and consumes, orc racial is situationally better, because more people are going to try to stun you more often, than a huntard is gonna try to wyvern sting you, lock charm you, or somebody gonna throw magic dust on you

i told you why whould you play ORC RACE you can use free action potion
most warlock in pvp do most fear and charm effect to enemy
some hunter pvp use wyvern sting you for CC
