This is going to sting… i wonder how many Blizzard employees are running around in the world, probably getting the best mounts and gear before everyone has. Its all advertising. You would be surprised?
Even if all 12 of blizzard’s game devs were doing this I don’t think it would have any influence on player behaviour.
Besides, they’re far too busy taking a hatchet to everything anyone ever cared about.
Okay?
I’m not entirely sure what the point in this is?
Feels like we are missing some key context here.
This feels like random shower thought, honestly.
Not many. If Ions past track record before he quit raiding is of any value since when he quit during Sanctum he wasnt anywhere near the top and his guild was used as a prediction tool to determine when a nerf would occur.
And even then best mount for instance is subjective due to taste (Ansurek mount wasnt well received in comparison). If it’s glad or mythic mount then even if one think its neat there won’t be many getting them in the first place or even decide they want to invest the required time for progression. Like only 0.59% of all accounts have the Dimensius mount currently for instance according to data for azeroth. Ansurek at 2 and Gallywix at 3 with the latter being a 3-4min fight at 710 ilvl so I imagine its like 1.5-2min fight now at 730 ilvl.
Gladiator is also not easy for someone who has no idea about PvP and buying boosts there while possible are so borderline expensive it’s unreal.
Their PR for that kind of stuff would be the world first raiders and top glads. If at all.
They came up with the nefarious plan when they were like 14.
Study hard, get into a good college, and become a programmer, then apply for a job at Blizzard so they can infiltrate the company and get the best mounts and gear before everyone else.
