Apparently Underlight angler (fishing artifact) stopped working since patch.
i’m not sure if this a bug or intended
now i feel silly farming this and its artifact power on alts before 10.0.5

Also do a bug report in game to report the issues you’re having. It will go direct to the Devs but you wont get a response like a ticket.
I’ll test mine when I get in game and do the same.
This is almost as unspecific as a bug report gets. It’s not working.
What are you trying to do? What behavior are you expecting, and what are you observing?
Not seen any new problems since patch with mine.
all talents aren’t working for me
no swim speed
no water walking
Does re-equipping it help? I have to do that after combat/mining to get it to work again. It needs to be “in your hands” to be working.
i figured it out
it’s being affected by the ‘hide my profession tools’ option
which i did long before the patch
i went to the tauren and asked her to ‘show my fishing rod all the time’ it started working again.
looks like a bug to me
the options to hide prof tools on your char shouldn’t affect how they behave.
I had that problem before the patch, but I legit couldn’t tell her to hide it now, so I thought it couldn’t happen anymore. Glad you fixed it. And yeah, it shouldn’t work that way.
I noticed my Otto had 0% swim speed. I thought it was just BGs, but is this everywhere? O_o

Working for me perfectly. To make it active I just need to fish once so it can auto change herb to fish gear.

You turn into a fish for swim speed + under water breathing + water walking
There is no BiS because it’s situational. If you actually want to fish then rods from engineering give you perception. If you want underwater breathing that isn’t interrupted by combat there’s the Northrend tuskarr rod.
