Undermine is what goblin means

To dessapoint the horde fans goblins were never interested in joining a side for war, honour, battle this is just crap and no good bussines for them.Remember warcraft 3 ,Tides of Darkness and all the Venture Co. sites where they used to make profit even if they destroy environment, they were always for profit even joining the horde has oppened them a gate to more bussines.Gadzethan,Booty Bay ,Everlock, etc they are rulled by goblins and they are not horde they are guarded by goblins,no horde, this is what means to bee free.
Galywix never really cared for horde,is just bussines but i see some who think that he was a horde leader,short-sighted people.
Undermine is so cool and i like that horde has 0 implication in storyline and open world.
If Undermine would have beach to bee on an isle i think it would make incredibile.
And YES we needed to see this changes in goblin culture,is just fantastic this Undermine.
Hopefully there will bee changes in some open world goblin wq or events in the future expansions as it always bring some good vibe to the game itself.

Goblins are Horde. Not sure what you are saying.

That maybe so,but business come always first.

Bilgewater is one of the largest cartells I see no reason to claim otherwise.

Being neutral ended when Alliance war ships nuked Goblins back in cata

That’s a grievance, not necessarily a lasting enmity. You can make it that of course… ooooor you could leverage that into damage compensations, apologies of significant monetary value, and/or trade concessions in your favour. We’re talking goblins here, they kill each other all the time on purpose and on accident. Destroying those ships shouldn’t have been a red line for such a mercenary people. No one can tell me that Gallywix was moved by moral considerations instead of… well, Thrall’s death threat and the monentary potential of the Horde’s offers.

And on the other side, the goblins (Steamwheedle, but Undermine tells us how irrelevant that is, doesn’t it?) had already joined with the old Horde against the Alliance, when it was a bunch of alien demon blood junkies, so the Alliance might just not have trusted goblins to not be unreliable and traitorous anyways.

Goblins aren’t supposed to be truly neutral. Neutrality is a principled position, and goblins aren’t supposed to be principled. In general, they aren’t supposed to be loyal to anyone or anything. They’re supposed to be opportunists.
Until this patch that is, where they have all turned nice and reliable, I guess.

Well yeah, though with the neutrality it can be unprincibled too waiting for the moment to go for the one that pays or gives the benefits for the most and sametime playing for both sides. But there isnt really logic in this stuff anymore well i dunno if there ever was.

Too many things involve in these story positions, it depends so much of an writer and what they are trying to build for most of the races own princibles have changed in wows history so much that they aren’t even socially the same races than they were at start.

I think this is going bit overthinking terroritory too. And about Gallywix it is obvious from start that he cares only for more gain he doesnt care for anyone nor have any ethics behind he does and it is even realistic that whole race doesnt think the sameway but i agree what they are doing now is just lazy even if i somewhat liked the undermine cause everything else has been so bad
