Undermine stuttering - unplayable

I can’t do anything in there the game stuttering all the time, it just doesn’t stop.
It’s like micro freezes every 1 second or less, constantly.

It happens only in Undermine, other zones seems to be fine, as well as Undermine Raid.

Recently i upgraded my GPU to RX 9070 XT and I was wondering if it’s the GPU causing the issue but then it would be visible in other zones.

When i stand still my FPS is way over 120 and not dropping.

My specs
Ryzen 7 9800X3D
ASRock RX 9070 XT
X870 Aorus Elite Wifi
32 GB DDR5

So far i tried to lower graphics and disabling addons, nothing helps.
Any ideas?

Are you using HandyNotes? If so check if SCRAP Heaps is disabled on the map.

Either it’s Undermine or the new radeon thing.
