Undocumented changes?: FALLEN ORDER

Hi there Blizz and fellow mistbeavers,

Changes since 9.2?
FALLEN ORDER:
1 clone does 1 cast instead of 2( blizz said they wanted clones to have 2 casts)
also, the cooldown reduction(now 2.5 sec) doesnt work sometimes with the legendary sinister teachings.

SO! In short terms: the legendary is bugged + Fallen Order aswell?

I am pretty convinced by now, Blizzard assigns work on Mistweaver as homework.
Probably to be looked at with the dev’s morning coffee.
