Hello, both item “Undulating sporecloak” (embellished cloak) and talent “Angelic Bulwark” (last row for priests) trigger a shield at 30% hp. Does this mean that both triggers at the same time (bigger shield) or there is an internal countdown (if one shield is triggered there is some delay that prevent the other shield to trigger) ?
I can tell they would both trigger, since I saw it on my priest today, so no delays. However, I am not that sure if they overlap or if you get a super shield by stacking both deffensive procs
