Am I right in thinking the PVP legendary (haste from summoning pet) isn’t available for another three weeks?

Well, while you’re waiting for the Frenzied Monstrosity legendary memory to drop, another good pick is the legendary that increases the duration of Anti-magic Shell and makes the damage it absorbs heal you. It should be a good substitute until you’ve gotten the Frenzied Monstrosity.
You can also get sire denathrius leggo from LFR. It’s good for single target.
The good news is you will regret crafting frenzied monstrosity.
Get deadliest coil instead
Edit: nvm just read you said pvp. So what you need to do is respec frost and get absolute zero.
