Unholy has never been this boring before

What happened in the head of the developers when they thought 90% of dk design should be about passive pets, when theres only 1 talent path that isnt entirely pet damage.

None of the buttons even matter to press for damage. Just summon abom on cd and the horsemen will play your class for you.

The 2 button rotation is really bad, stupid and frankly pathetic already WITHOUT factoring in that pressing these 2 buttons doesent even do anything either.

Literally all dks do the exact same damage output, because there is 0% player skill involved.

Compare this class design to like, windwalker, and you see how pathetic and low skill DK is. This used to be my favorite class because of all the cool stuff you could do on it, now its an even more boring and more passive version of BM hunter. PATHETIC

Changed to frost, enjoying it much more than UH so far. Been playing UH since BfA and they somehow managed to make it feel even worse this expansion.

They fixed some glaring problems sure, but it still has so many issues left.

And just to echo your sentiment, RoA is one of the most boring hero specs in the game currently. Sure it has a cool theme but the gameplay, sorry there’s no gameplay here. All boring passive effects. The one thing that it’s known for is just for the open world, and I got to say, I haven’t seen anyone using it yet. Myself I only used it once to make one giant mega pull, kyte, let everything die from diseases ticking. That’s it…

Where’s the interaction between the dk and the pets? Where’s the interaction between diseases? The wound system is still clunky as hell.

This spec seriously needs an overhaul from the ground up, not just a couple of new talents.

And all of DK needs to be looked at a fundamental level, the low haste input lag is serious. It can’t be that this class only starts to become enjoyable if you’ve got 18%-20% haste. My Paladin and warrior both feel way faster even though they’re not geared.
