Unholy - having to resummon pet after every flight

Ever since the prepatch hit i have to resummon my pet everytime i fly up and down. This is incredibly frustrating, especially if you’re questing or farming materials.
I waited a few weeks because i thought it was a general bug that might get fixed but i don’t see many talks about it so i decided to make this post.

The bug also seems to reset the pet to ‘factory settings’, in other words all abilities are on auto mode, and the pet is set to ‘assist’ rather than the ‘defensive’ stance i usually have toggled on.

This post talks about the same issue but is on US forums (and i can’t seem to interact there because i don’t have a lvl 10?, hence the post im making on EU)

It talks about the use of a glyph that seems to bug the pet out, but i haven’t used a glyph in years, if ever!

I do hope this gets some attention since the “summon pet” ability has a 1 minute cooldown, so even if you remember to summon it everytime you dismount, you still sometimes have to wait for the cd to get off.

Same problem here, hope they fix it.

One of the last hotfixes claimed to fix it. It didn´t work for me at first. Afterwards i changed my flying mount to a different one and it´s working again.

I changed from an DF dragonriding mount to a different flying mount.

I was using the DF Netherdrake and I always had to re-summon.
Changed my mount to the WOTLK promotion Frostbrood one, and now it works as intended.
