Trying to do Unholy Infusion in ICC 25-man.
The quest requires you to interact with the “Drink me!” table, but it does not work. Nothing happens when you click it.

So, as well as having to be completed in a 25-man ICC, you need to have Shadow’s Edge equipped to your character as well.
We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it, but I couldn’t find a workaround at the moment. In the meantime, please try resetting your interface and then try again https://support.blizzard.com/article/000007549
If that still doesn’t work, do submit a bug report via the in-game reporting system.
I think most people know at this point, 15 years later, how its done. There are multiple posts on forum and on redit of people complaining this is not working.
Shadows edge equipped, on the right step (quest: Unholy Infusion), even with 2 people in and at the table noone can click the table and transform into the abomination, with or without the quest. Its not that shadow infusion is bugged, its that the table is bugged and you cannot transform into the abomination, nothing happens when you click it. The table should work regardless if you do or don’t have the quest, anyone should be able to transform into the abomination, but it does not work at all.
Have you reported it as a bug as Salliracal suggested?
The devs need to know about bugs to see if they can be fixed and the bug reports go to them.
