Unholy or Frost for mythic +?

I dinged 60 on my alt on dk. And wandering what is the best options now for pve M+ for dk. i am unholy now but if frost is better now i would change. Some opinions?

well unholy is known for being the aoe king so… pretty good for M+

they are the same in aoe if you play breath as frost.

icecap is not a thing and does very little damage right now , stick to BoS or Oblit build
