Why is it still necessary to gatekeep druid skins? Druids are shapeshifters — many of us spend most of our in-game time in a shapeshift form. While most races enjoy a wide variety of customization options during character creation, druids are limited to only a handful of cat and bear forms — some of which date back to the earliest days of the game.

Artifact weapon transmogs aren’t the issue. Players already have countless weapon appearances to choose from, and for most, the Legion artifacts are simply one of many rarely used options. A weapon appearance doesn’t define a character’s entire look — but a druid skin does. It fundamentally changes how we experience our class.

No other class feels as strongly about Mage Tower rewards as druids do, because no other class ties their entire visual identity to a form that’s been locked behind an event from eight years ago. It’s not just nostalgia — it’s about representation and identity in gameplay.

If exclusivity needs to be preserved, a fair compromise would be to keep the original artifact weapon transmogs exclusive to those who completed the challenges — but allow druids to earn the shapeshift skins again. Other classes only received weapon appearances, but for druids, these skins define our entire experience. Allowing them to return would be a balanced and fair solution that respects both the original achievements and the unique nature of the druid class.

I would be in favour of you know… just stopping with releasing forms completely and just giving us free customization like moonkin got for the basic skin. imagine being able to add tattoos, tints, eye color, magic trails, hats (lol) and armor and what not

it could happen but there are a lot of checkmarks that cant really be ignored but yes we all know blizzard. But if someone deleted an original mt druid then they are probably out of luck

When I opened the vendors, I did not even see one thing I would wanna buy too tbh, so that also made it feel worse to lose werebear forms.

There’s few things I regret more in life than not getting the mage tower druid appearances back in Legion. Thanks for disappointing your player base yet again, Blizzard. You never fail to hurt us.

Blizzard did state that the magetower appearances were never coming back, yet they added the felbear anyway.

It’s literally that skin, albeit way cooler because of the added effects.

But since you wish to be antagonistic.

Too bad, you didn’t earn the original mage tower skin, despite everyone saying how “easy it was, totally faceroll” thus you don’t deserve it. :person_shrugging:

People will just not stop crying about this, how many times must Blizzard tell you NO? If you didn’t get during Legion you didn’t get it. It’s your own god damn fault for missing out on prestigious skins.
I really want the Corrupted Ashbringer but do you see my crying non stop? Holy moly
