So we are going to ruin wotlk because of classic donkeys who abandoned classic after 2 months when streamers got bored …
If you’re going to waste your time trying to be funny, why not mispell words better? Instead of Majority; margerine
we want RDF now
Oh look, more made up facts…
But why are you concern about efficiency? Isn’t it mixmaxers/sweatlords/tryhards thing? As I and you said - they will always do meta. Don’t let their rotten approach get to you and do your thing the way do want to.
I think Blizzard should boost dungeon quest rewards (mostly experience) to make players feel like it was worth its time to travel to dungeon and do it.
That sounds like minmaxing. You really don’t need to do literally everything the best possible way in the least possible time.
Sorry mate, but sounds like you wanna minmax but you don’t wanna be called minmaxer. Make group with first 4 people (matching needed roles of course) whispered to you and go with it. It’s faster anyway, mobs are dying from players existing.
Agree that with current fast paced dungeons there is no room for socialising, but I won’t agree that people “want to level up and play the game” - There’s no rush.
Aren’t you the one advocating for socializing? And then you can’t figure out why a non-meta class/spec is concerned about minmaxers/sweatlords/tryhards?
Ain’t seeing that on my server.
Must be a bloated and overpopulated realm thing.
Ok lets add RDF and you can continue forming groups manually
I fully agree with you …
That’s why RDF won’t be there your feedback is only making whole thing worse, but continue complaining while I’ll enjoy whatever Blizz decides
some of us can adapt
I am not saying you are wrong …
But blizz also doesnt know how timezones work, wanted to nuke dual talents because they “listened to community”, removed joining into BGs from anywhere (which literally turned BGs into situation they tried to avoid by removing RDF) and made 1 new realm for the most popular expansion …
So yeah … go and “adapt” … blizz surely knows what they are doing …
What feedback in the last 3 posts is making things worse for people who currently don’t have the game feature that was in the original game that they really want?
Adapt? So you can adapt to having RDF too, it costs you less to adapt to RDF being there than it costs people who want RDF to not have it.
Sure, looking for groups was part of the game back when socializing with lots of people online at the same time was novel. Facebook was popping off at the time too.
Times change.
haha, sounds to me like the vanilla experience i had as a priest. Even 10 levels below “every hour a whisper: pssst kid, wanna heal dungeon?”
To be fair the amount of spellcleave getting spammed is like 75% of the LFG
but that is what the people want…
they do not want social in classic…
that is what the original release was for…
classic is all about speed , fine tuning and precision …
go go, meta or no…
the social experience disappeared years ago along with original wotlk …
you folks are in for a rough ride if you are looking for social.
I agree partly with you. I wished there was a LFG system that didnt teleport you to every dungeon because thats whats hurting the game. Finding a group with RDF is fine.
Tip: Roleplay servers are way more social, unfortunately there isnt a fresh RP server
Learn to press Enter and type in chat. Also, you mean that there are more talking in dungeons now? Why? Because your self-made group is special? On another point; letting players form groups creates the problems we’ve been seen during the entire TBC expansion.
Also, the 5 man DK groups or 4 mages + healer is pretty boring. It’s extremely favourable for these classes, super fast 1 mega pull SM or HR runs. RDF is a win-win in every single way. If you don’t like it; don’t use it. But you can’t deny it was a part of WoTLK.
I want the teleport and extra bonus exp function. The running to all dungeons is just out of time. You dhould have played Vanilla if you wanted that sht.
Could it be that the rest is using the tool?
Quite clearly I just list and wait to get invited, unless on a character I’d organize a group. In which case I have a bit of power about who I take, which is merely class based, I prefer some regeneration, so I prefer to go along a shaman or paladin. (Which is just spotlit by the many death knights, who bring no such sustenance, but self heals.)
I actually don’t use the LFG channel myself anymore.
Which is, by the way, joined and seen by any new character, so the first thing you learn is to disable it, at that point it’s just spam.
I remember back in the day, in original wotlk, i applied for a priest healer position at a guild via their website. It was my first ever application for anything and i was very young in the brain. Long story short i didn’t get the spot. 2 days later i get matched with their guild leader and their main tank using the rdf (which was server only). I heal my a** off while the pulled the whole dungeon and i end up getting an invite after and having the best times with them. True story.
They go hand in hand either way since you can only talk in LFG by being in that tool.
I’m sure that as a mage I could use the tool and it would be like a better version of RDF but other DPS would probably be having to do some leg work.
