Unjust Ban on Multiple WoW Accounts – No Evidence, No Transparency

Hi Blizzard Support and Community,

I’m reaching out here as a last resort, after exhausting all the available support channels. My World of Warcraft accounts WoW1 and WoW5 were recently suspended permanently for “use of hacks,” which I strongly deny and believe to be a serious mistake.

Let me explain my situation clearly:

I’ve been playing WoW for many years and have invested thousands of hours into my main account. I have over 60 characters, many level 70+, with countless achievements, reputation grinds, and collections.

I have never used hacks, bots, or third-party programs of any kind. I take pride in playing the game fairly and within the rules.

The only thing I can guess might have triggered this ban is that I was farming aggressively in War Mode, killing a large number of Horde players in specific maps. It’s possible that I was mass-reported by opposing players, but I was still playing normally and within the game mechanics.

I submitted multiple tickets, but all I received were generic copy-paste responses like “the decision was upheld” with no explanation, no context, and no evidence. I even sent an email to hacks@blizzard.com, and got no response at all.

This situation is extremely frustrating. I’ve been a loyal player, a paying customer, and a dedicated part of this game’s community. Getting banned without proof, without even the chance to defend myself, goes against everything Blizzard claims to stand for: fairness, integrity, and transparency.

All I’m asking is a real, human review of my case. I’m more than willing to cooperate fully and provide any gameplay details needed. But I can’t accept losing years of progress and effort without being given a fair hearing.

Please, I respectfully ask the Blizzard team or a senior GM to take this seriously and escalate my case. At this point, I’m not just fighting for my account – I’m fighting for fair treatment.

So you “guess” that it was mass reports? There’s no such mention in your email or ban reason right? Regardless, a report cannot lead to a hacks type ban as that requires some evidence of cheating going on.

All appeals gets revewed by humans and and the appropriate template gets used, what you refer to as "generic copy-paste responses like “the decision was upheld”

No explanation is incorrect, generally bans are accompanied with a reason. A reason you may disagree with, but an explanation nonetheless like you said: “use of hacks”. They don’t give context or evidence because that could tip off cheaters/botters which may adjust their cheating better for the next time.

The email is only used to report possible cheating and not an email to appeal against cheating. No response is guaranteed.

This is the only thing you can do, to keep appealing if you think it is in error.
