Hi, my girlfriend’s account was perma banned earlier this week for selling gold. however she did not sell gold to anyone.
on monday she noticed about 900G missing but we thought she accidentally bought an overpriced item on the AH, as she had 5k+ gold she didn’t care so much
we contacted blizzard and thought this will be easily clarified as a false positive from one of their automatic algorithms.
however to my shock they said there is nothing we can do and the decision is final. we asked for details, or for them to prove that she sold gold but they refused to give any proof or any detail.
my GF was actively raiding and had full tier 2.5 set - not exactly the profile of a goldseller…
any ideas how we could prove our case or get back her account?
