I’m probably missing something - but how do you unlearn professions in Forever?
Yes. For WoW: Forever, the current process is slightly different from the old Classic UI.
- Press K to open the Skills/Professions window.
- At the top, select the Hammer & Pickaxe tab.
- Find the profession you currently have.
- There is a Forget/Unlearn button on the right side of the profession entry. Click that to remove it.
- You can then visit the appropriate trainer and learn your replacement profession. A player testing Forever confirmed this exact process today.
So, for example, Skinning → Enchanting would be: K → Hammer & Pickaxe → Forget Skinning → learn Enchanting from a trainer.

If you open the professions tab you’ll see a red x to the right hand side.
You do not seem to be able to unlearn cooking, fishing or first aid but you can with the others.
I completely forgot first aid was a thing. Wow, memories

If you have the addon “ATT: All the things” downloaded. This will cover that hammer&anvil icon he mentioned if you cant find it

I was ready to call you all liars because I absolutely do no have an X to click but it turns out for some reason mines invisible, i can click it but there’s nothing there at all lol
