We are soon half the size of Gehennas, and yet Gehennas is open for transfers. Save my poor hairline, unlock Firemaw

Please open for transfers… atleast horde. I want to move my horde character to Firemaw. I barely see any horde in the open world and it’s STILL locked for horde players. What is the logic here?

Yeah, right. Even if for some miracle reasons many FOMOs will roll Humans and go to Earthshaker, surpassing Firemaw it will still be a 10K+ Megarealm.

Judging from previous actions, the threshold to lock a realm is 36k (by Ironforge.pro numbers). Only Firemaw managed to reach the threshold so far. We don’t know yet what is the threshold to unlock a locked realm.

Or the more probable variant, the intern responsible for managing transfers just forgot to unlock Firemaw.

I think Blizzard are not really managing the transfer situation. They may have put certain cap when server should be unlocked/locked or simply deadline, when transfer status should be checked. In latter case the whole Firemaw could just transfer to Earthshaker and create Gehennas like lag festival there and the transfers would still be open. My condolences to Earthshaker players if that is what is happening right now as all the burden that was supposed to hit Firemaw will be on them instead.

While I feel for original Earthshaker players, full move from Firemaw to Eartshaker is a much better solution than to wait for Blizzard to unlock Firemaw.

This really better be fixed on wednesday with the realm consolidation. My wallet is wide open, ready to bring two stuck alts. I dont get why you dont want my money, when $$ is all you care about in every other aspect of the game.

Looks like I no longer can freetransfer off Firemaw (horde) - can somebody confirm that it is actually the case? Pretty crazy that it seems I am locked now to dead server and my only option is to pay 25 EUR.
