Any chance you could share why you are keeping Firemaw locked?
I made and ingame ticket regarding this, and was just told it was intented, that Firemaw is locked. And to keep and eye on this thread regarding what will happen. This is getting rediculous, we want to pay to move to Firemaw, and Firemaw is nowhere near the largest server anymore.
Just let us transfer! Why? Why are you doing this? Its is so infuriating! We as player feel completely powerless, having posted about this for months now! And you give us nothing!
You have yourselves stated, that you, as a company, want to be better about communicating to the playerbase, and still you seem incapable of sharing what the plan is, or what your motivations are. If its just down to the fact, that you dont know, then let us tell you what we, the players, want. We just want to play with our already progressed characters, with our friends, on the biggest alliance server. A server, that is at this point, far smaller, and not burdened by its size, crippling the playing experience.
Its been over a month, since you opened the server to new character creation. Now we are asking to get to transfer there again, as is possible to any other server. Many of which are much larger at this point. Equal playing field.
Like you wrote in the post about changing your minds about faction change and race change, you realised people wanted to keep their accomplishments, and you acknowledged this.
This is the same thing. We want to move our characters, so that we keep our progress and history with them. Yes we can start over, but we dont want to, we have done so much, with our characters already.

So Unlocking a server but not being able to Xfer with payment is your way of managing the server population?
Firemaw has gone down with 50% since the mass migration of fanboys and girls that moved to Gehennas, yet we can’t xfer back to Firemaw now?
As the post above this is getting cringe… we are less than 1 week from prepatch yet we can’t know for certain that we can bring out alts over to Firemaw therefor the community and guild as a whole will have to suffer. ##OpenFiremawTransfers

They absolutely don’t care and they even said it, it is completely pointless, just let classic servers die and blizzard eat the dust they deserve.

Seriously, my paladin is getting super lonely being locked away from my other 2 mains that are on firemaw, being radio silent on such a major issue only worsens your image.
