Unlock mechagnome race as horde

So, my main horde got achievement " The Mechagonian Threat" and exalted.

But, other alliance alt.
Missed " Operation: Mechagon - The Mechoriginator"
from achievement for Mechagonian Threat.

Is it bug? Or I must do again alliance alt for quests…?

Then you should be able to unlock Mechagnomes on your 120 Alliance character according to a Blizzard post.

Well, I found it quests for unlock mechagnome.
Since I was wondered why NPC dont give me quest where place allie races’s houses.
