Could you please make the elite pvp sets of S1 buyable for marks of honor please.
I can understand to not make the S2 elite gear available yet but the season before should be.
Pvpers can get our pve sets, so it should be able for the pvers aswell.

It likely comes available at some point like all previous sets before this. Meanwhile if not willing to wait it is adviseable to take them during season and blizz have lowered the requirement to 1.8 to achieve seasonal tmog from pvp now, which is like one evening of blitz/shuffles, two if really unlucky with ques.

You can buy old pvp sets from old expansions via honor marks from certain vendors but you need to wowhead the name of the set and search the vendor as they are in different locations in the game. Hope you find something to your liking. He wont have current seasons sets for honor marks though, that is not going to happen. They are always sets in old expansions.

Same with the shaman tint with the helmet with red feathers, says that you had to have elite on the season. Some older sets like in bfa for example you just buy bundle with marks from the vendor. Current elite tmogs are really easy to get as blizz lowered them to 1.8. Even without exp in pvp it should be few days of queing in blitz if get lucky with the ques and do anything remotely helpful for the objectives. Also be adviced that there is problem with que syncers wintrading in blitz seemingly enough now that one will encounter them multiple times through day. So technically it would be easy but you can also get stuck with certain groups if bad luck. It’s a problem blizzard need to fix with ques and should not had let people decline ques in first place for rated modes. Contact me if you have problem obtain them and I might be able to help in 2s later in the season if I care gear this druid along my mage.
I think you can buy pvp sets from current expansion after it ends.
I did buy missing pvp sets from DF for my classes at the start of TWW or some time later in first season.
Sounds he wont need to wait too long then, but the elite tint might be locked behind 1800, hopefully you can confirm him if it is not. 
Elite pvp sets are unobtainable after the season ends.
The “Gladiator” pvp set which is the conquest one can be bought later, usually next expansion.
He is asking about “elite” sets, which become obtainable only with reaching the appropriate rating, if u didn’t get the rating with previous season, u won’t get it overall
