Hey guys, returning player here.
I want to unlock Mikanikos but not sure how. I had the first 2 guys unlocked instantly, just missing Mikanikos and can’t find him. (My pala has finished Kyrian completely in 9.0)
I also continued the campaign now, was it a fail or can I still “skip”?
I don’t know why you don’t have Mikanikos open.
I have an Alliance Paladin, who completed the Kyrian Campaign (and, I assume, got Mikanikos thsn) and a Horde Paladin, who didn’t do the campaign at all. The Horde Paladin has Mikanikos.
I might suspect that the difference is that you are expecting the Soulbind on your Priest when you earned it on a different class, Paladin … but I just checked a mage of mine who has not done the Venthyr campaign but still has Draven open (I did the Venthyr campaign on a DH).
So I am baffled.
Is there a quest in your Covenant you haven’t done that might lead to getting Mikanikos?
I swapped to Necro yesterday to get my renown done from 0-80 and most of the quests I had to do just appeared in the sanctum, required a bit of coming and going, to get all three soulbinds unlocked.
With Mikanikos do you have any quests sending you somewhere in Bastion to do things? It could have an additional step, the original quest line sent you to the forge I believe.
I am not entirely sure where the issue was. After If I finished 4/9 of the campaign, Mikanikos appeared in my covenant and I was able to unlock him, without unlocking him the way it was done back in the days. Maybe some weird bug? Idk.
