I am trying to unlock the races i have not done yet but i cant find the quest to move on so i can complete and get them is there anyway to unlock them for everyone whit money or something more easy to do so new and old people can play whit all race if they wanted to?

Nope, must do the quests and get the reputations
this was removed. you just need to do the achievements tied to the races.
Here is a guide that should help you, it’s written before DF but there have not been any changes since afaik:

but i want this. i dont have the time or the patience.
Honestly they weren’t too bad to grind out. The worst was probably Lightforged because of Argus. I hated that one so much.

the vulpera is too cool to not be unlocked. 
I am doing some quest for kul tiran already but some off the quest is kinda hard to do becuse it says i have to kill 25 horde in the island but there is no horde here what so ever that is why i want to be able to paybe pay for it or get it unlocked but then you dont get does archivement for it
There are no pvp quests required for it. If you’re lost you can read a guide but you clearly got sidetracked.
Check the guide Nimrhys linked! Basically they are story questlines what you have to do, there is no pvp required. You must have picked up a side quest that is not related to the achievement.

At one point you required to get to exalted with those faction on top of their quests
it really not hard, just check the requirements and do it - takes no time at all. Stop moaning about needing to do something to unlock a race you want. They were added as extras and are not required.
Then you dont deserve it.
