soooo i need to start the argus quests as i would like to unlock void elves. i am using my lvl 110 alliance with BfA. people say to go to khadgar first to unlock the argus quest chain, and that he is in dalaran? but he is literally no where to be seen. people keep saying different locations in dalaran but he is absolutely no where. then people say there’s some broken shore stuff to do?? but isn’t that what khadgar starts?? but i cannot find him. welp. any one know where i’m supposed to go to find him? i’ve looked everywhere and he is nowhere to be seen where people say he is…
Did you boost to 120?
Have you looked inside Violet Hold? He’s usually always standing there. If he’s not there try portalling into Stormwind and then back into Dalaran.

Various people seem to have issues with Argus on boosted characters, some suggestions include doing a couple of quests to start the introduction to the Broken Shore quests, as little as two quests were required to get the Argus quest to pop up.
As Argussian reach is a neutral reputation you don’t have to do it on an Alliance character. If you have a Horde main you can grind the rep on that (if it already has access to Argus) it may save you some time.
You just need the 110 on Alliance to do the Embassy quest to unlock the Void Elves.
