Just like to ask the community about having bad luck during your wow playing day.
Few come to mind during my 12 yrs of playing this game. I remember during raiding ICC was so after that Deathbringers will trinket so badly but kept losing on rolls. I joined this pug run and to my joy it dropped and I won the roll and then to my astonishment the raid leader with the Trinket, I was devastated. Cursed him with name calling all over trade chat.
I did get it but it was the end of the Xpac and no use then.
Remember questing in Deepholm and the Rare Drake appeared above me.
I was fighting mobs and I panicked even more and managed to pull more mobs and I eventually died. Got back to my body and the Drake was already killed.
lost a few rolls on mounts come to think of it don’t think I ever won a mount drop on rolling
I am utterly convinced Aeonaxx was and still is a recurring April Fool’s joke. I have NEVER once seen it, or anyone use the mount since the launch of Cataclysm.
But my luck can be summed up to 5 drops of Invincible, balanced with RNjesus laughing at me with Mimiron’s head and Ashes of Alar with a big fat zero.
Posts like this just perpetuate the myth that Invincible is actually an obtainable mount in game and not just an elaborate costume worn by Mathias Shaw so he can spy on the population of Azeroth.
Think about it, have you ever seen Mathias Shaw and Invincible in the same room at the same time?
Thought not!
Check mate, Atheists!
Wake up, sheeple!
I need that blazing drake from Dragon Soul for the achieve (last one I need).
The Stonecore one refuses to drop for me, I’ve run it a lot as you can use a tabard and gain rep doing it for some factions. Not done it for a while though so maybe time to drop an alt in there every day.
Have run Ulduar a bunch of times too (not hundreds yet) as I would quite like minirons head.
Some are nice and easy though, Kara, Onyxia, Eye of Eternity. the mounts are from the first boss so you plant a bunch of alts outside and run them every week.
Dragon Soul and Ulduar the mounts are the last boss and some convoluted fights (Deathwing Spine and Madness of Yogg).
Invisible is just like its name, non-existent. Or only a very few can see it for a blink of an eye.
And Ashes? The flicker of life has long left Kael’thas, why do we expect him to have a phoenix if he cannot rise again either?
I have seen the Deepholm rare spawn once though sadly didnt make it to it on time. At least we know which rare Im talking about because part of why people hated BFA (amongst collectors at least) is how they sent the whole rare drop meta into overdrive. They literally added a bunch of stuff, not just mounts, on rare spawn-low drop chance mobs which feels like a waste of time to farm although SL has admitedly slightly improved the experience for now.
