Unopened Item in collection

I keep getting this message but as far as I can see I have no unopened item.

Any ideas?

Check your collection tabs, ie pets, mounts and toys.

Be sure you’re not filtering so that all are visible. Worth double checking the drop downs.

Thanks for the suggestion but I’ve checked so many times and can’t find anything. My guess is that the problem is caused by the new warband facility and the Radiant Echoes heirloom I picked up.

if your collections tab is lighting up, for me its always the “Mount equipment” that i just need to hover my mouse over then its gone.
