Are just to name a few of above 60% slow abilities who affect Druids even after they shapeshift.
Sounds like a double standard to me for many reasons, heres a few:
-Most classes dont have the shapeshift mechanic but they have other ways to snap out of stuff and usually this results in them gaining an immunity of some sort, along with extra gap closers and etc.
-Druid playstyle is a lot of “hit and run” or kyting, its quite different from other classes mechanics so druids pay a tax for this in terms of defensive cooldowns and lack of gap closers.
-Lets be honest, slows over 60% in the current WoW act more like a “root” that has no actual DR which is cool in most class playstyles for the reasons I spelled above but its really obnoxious double standard for when you play Feral/Resto.
-Last but not least- Theres not even a way to cleanse these. The only way out is Freedom by a Paladin. And druids dont really group up with paladins.
Thats why you move at 130% baseline 139% if you enchant speed which means a 60% snare on you is 21% so if the enemy is snared you are always moving faster still with the ability to shapeshift snares.
I know what you’re talking about but it was explicitly said that it doesnt allow your speed to go above 100%, meaning its technically not a slow.
We still hated it but it was just 1 class doing something of this sort, and it could be dispelled by a healer also.
The only slow during this period above 60% was Chains of Ice and it had to be spammed in order to keep you slowed for a crazy amount.
And since you bring old BS up, I’d like to mention during this period of the game (wrath), not every class and spec had a slow effect too.
So its not only that we didnt have slows above 60% (aside from chains of ice) but we also werent perma slowed as much.
