i have just spent 70 + hours with 10 chars doing the events for the dragonflight launch to get the 4 items to make the trinket , well i have the trinket and after spending 5000 gold in ironforge to upgrade it , it is now level 50 gear score 183 only fit for leveling alts, after looking on the net i found blizz lowered its upgrade level from 59 to 49 which would have made it 49 upgraded to 60, if dragonflight is anything like shadowlands this will be a big kick in the face to all wow fans, to top it all the process to make the trinket only used three of the four elements the fire part was unused that was the part to take it to item level 59, blizz you are a disgrace to your clients.

My trinket was level 49 going up to 59 with the upgrade.
Heirlooms arenât designed to be endgame pieces of gear, just levelling gear that you donât need to change all of the time.
How is it a big kick in the face? itâs an heirloom, itâs supposed to be used on a character thatâs not geared at all, and the trinket itself cannot be âopâ cause itâs limited time, itâd be unfair.
Give Dragonflight a chance when itâs out instead of complaining before itâs out why donât you 
Also edit: I have no idea how you manage to spend 70+ hours, to get the trinket, when you could literally kill the same boss on 1 character if the trinket piece didnât drop.
Looking for group- Costum- âThe Barrens boss is upâ literally had to wait between 3-6 hours, if the last token from whatever last Earth-Water-Storm thingy you needed drops. that trinkte wasnât hard to farm AT ALL.
Why, heirlooms were actually much weaker for SL. Now, they are easily beating almost all dungeon and questing drops. Not to mention this is a passive trinket as well which is generally well liked.
My warrior will be probably happy when she levels 52-60 with it.
