Unstuck character" service doesn't work

I got stuck with the event character Валонкар under the textures (got thrown there after the “A Little Patience” scenario). I tried using the “unstuck character” service through the website, but it gives me an error: 5de9df5e-68bd-4baa-b18f-08efc993d6d6.

I also tried changing the support region to US - it used to help before, but now it says there are no characters on the account.

Please help, there are only a few days left until the event ends.

If the unstuck service isn’t working for you then you will need to open a ticket to get your character moved by a GM. (There are no GM’s here in the forums).

Make sure to mention in your ticket that you have tried the unstuck service and that it hasn’t worked or you’ll just be re-directed back to that.
