Great. If you want to play Horde and thats your priority you can play horde.Thats totally okay.
But it means Playing horde > Shorter Que for you.
AND when you have a shorter que chance and you didnt want to do it you cant whine about it.
Im sorry you cant have it all once.

But i’m sure lots of player will just transfer with their friends.
Horde Que’s not gonna be instant but maybe 20-30min. And as far as i know thats tolerable.

Or, implement HvH, and everyone wins?

Here is a thing. When you implement HvH everybody is not winning.
Just horde wins.

Horde
Pros: faster BG queue so easier to get honor.
More pvp gear so easier time in arena
Cons: Less horde in the outside world so mats on the AH will get more expensive because there is less horde faming in between queues

Alliance:
Pros: Less horde in the outside world so mats on the AH will get less expensive because there is less horde faming in between queues
Alliance wont get ganked in the outside world as often because there is less horde faming in between queues
You can do better quests because there is less horde faming in between queues
Cons: NONE

I don’t think faction free transfer will solve any problem… You cant force people play what they don’t want to play. Horde switch to Alliance… T
This game for everyone not only for Alliance or Horde.
If there option to shorter queues for Horde players, it should be there in a game.(HvH)
If Alliance think that many horde players will leave their faction because of long queues My personal opinion you are mistaking, but its ok create free or paid faction transfer both from horde to alliance and vise versa.
If you unsubscribing because other people can finally enjoy the game and play battlegrounds with out queues or premades like HvH pugs vs pugs. its your problem
No one should forced to play alliance or horde and no one should stopped from enjoying the game, its only your problems why no one wants play alliance.
