Untangling the Sigil

Hey!
I have a problem with the quest called “Untangling the Sigil”

Quest information:

  • 0/1 Take the Waystone in Geometic Cavern to Oribos Optional)
  • 0/1 Sigil brought to the Runecarver

I have tried going to Torghast going into the Runecarvers area and he isn’t there.

I’ve tried researching a fix for this and it specifies to go to Haven to contact Uther who will give me some cutscenes which would take me back to the runecarver however I cannot find Uther anywhere.

I have no idea on how to continue as I want to complete the “Chains of Domination” campaign in the Maw.

According to the comments on Wowhead (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=63726/untangling-the-sigil) that starts with speaking to Bolvar in Korthia, " If you go to Runecarver’s Oubliette and The Primus is still there (so you’re stuck on the “Sigil brought to the Runecarver” step), make sure you are not still on the Zereth Mortis quest Reality’s Doorstep and the Runecarver should return to where he belongs."

I had completed that quest and it worked when I completed the quest. Thank you very much man I’ve been struggling on this for ages lol!
