Please Blizz make these BoA even if you lock them to ‘Use at lvl70’.
I have 35 of the now that I don’t need.
I can farm the gear tokens for alts hitting 70 so why not these?

Agree. It’s just a 10 ilvl difference, which won’t matter anyways. I have around 20 on this toon aswell, and it’s probably gonna be deleted since I have zero use for it.
I’m holding on to mine just in case, you never know.
I kept all of the Sandworn Relics I collected, and when they eventually became BoA, I am glad I did.
i hope this will be the case soon as i already collected many on my main but they dont need it anymore and my alts who need them dont get them to drop
