Im trying to get the rank 15 with Ashjra’kamas, Shroud of Resolve, I m stuck at Rank 12 and Wrathion will not give me Reconstructing “The Final Truth”. I thought maybe there a time lock but still no new quest today.
What im missing to get from rank 12 - 15? Cheers
