It’s just the same mount as the from N’zoth, which I remember getting during a forum community run(I remember that fondly!) The same model and color with some armor slapped on it. I do have to say thats very disappointing, AOTC usually are more unique mounts.

Its the same skeleton but this one is armored and the more voidy. Not the first time AotC mount has been underwhelming.

It’s the same model, just more lighter colored plus the armor. Sure there’s been some underwhelming AOTC mounts before but this is pretty much the same mount with slight differences. It does come off more lazy than usual and I dont say that often.

Sure, but AotC mount for Antorus was just a recolor of the WoD fire bird. I think that one was more lazy, this one at least has some new armor on it.
Still better than the Glad mount.
I prefer the Royal Voidwing myself. I know it’s not hugely different.
The word that comes to me is laziness.

I also completely forgot that DF Amirdrassil was a recolor too, but I guess it felt more different since it was noticably different color.
It would be nice tho if they would stick for more unique looks for the raid mounts. Even if I dont get them during the expansion, aside from AOTC, they’re still something I look forward to farming later on.
I was talking about Legions end raid, but yeah good catch. And idk I wouldnt call slighly more purple all that different than slighly brighter red.
Everyone would be better off if the mount rewards were done with the AI instead.
The current designer team is not worth a cent.
