Update still problem! Slow slow slow slow!

how long I must waiting to resolve my many tickets in SLOW update process in very failed Startup Application, reported many times and confirmed by Your Support Blizzard I am right, the bug exists and from almost 1 years isn’t removed. Hundreds logs, reports, screenshots and information from you advised application sent and nothing, nothing, nothing only ignorance! One ticket nonstop stuck in my account and nonstop I see it in game. Cannot be closed, this problem reported many times, ticket still do not have an option to close it “Unsuccessful” only resolved, no it is NOT resolved.
Waiting for info from many weeks, looks like months now.
If it required please move this post or tell me where to submit it, I have really enough reporting and messaging Blizzard support which totally ignore us, players at all.
