hey, Update takes forever, up to 250 mb it downloaded in a second and suddenly slowed down to like 0.001 mb per second. does anyone have a similar problem?
What update?
If the download has slowed down to a snails pace, then just close the launcher and open it again.
Could be a numbers of reasons it happens, ranging from the hamster over a Blizzard needs feeding too the connection between you and the servers, there is a problem in the middle, which is out of your control and Blizzards control.

If you have a vpn, set it to Sweden. That will solve your issue.
There are certain times that download servers are congested .wait a bit and download a bit later.
There was a small update in the early morning i believe .it downloaded maybe 450 mb or so in the launcher 
It never happened to me before but had to do this too today a couple of times during the small update.
Just “Pause” it and then press the “Update” again.
Do that and it’s usually initialising for half an hour
