If you have the brain the size of a marble then that logic checks out, 20’s aren’t really relevant in this discussion and IO inflation isn’t exclusive to 3,000. I can draw a conclusion that one of the three people talking here is a lot clueless to the larger picture as far as skill understanding. My brother is clueless asf, still has IO higher than Tyssera

To be fair, most of my characters have an IO score higher than Tyssera 
I only really played her for a couple of weeks this patch before deciding I didn’t enjoy the current incarnation of havoc.
There isnt a better system, there will always be boosted players in the top and there is nothing you can do about it.
The only thing you could do is make an addons that makes so you can report a said person for being boosted, but that would turn quickly into a weapon to ruin others chances of just playing.
The only good system is going on warcraft logs and checking thier actual logs on the dungeons, and even there its not that good as not many log thier m+ runs.
