What makes you think that they’re gonna stop at one set?
The 6-month deal isn’t here to stay. It’s going to be gone after some time. Also it’s paywalled on the store. You can buy it for 20 bucks right now. Go check it yourself.
And it won’t be the last, but that doesn’t mean that we the customers have to be okay with it.
And lo and behold, they were correct? It HAS been escalating? As I said, first it was stuff supposedly for charity, then it was mounts with better graphics than the ones you obtained through playing (effort of their teams being put into other things than updating the game), now it’s transmog that looks graphically better than what we can obtain in the game (even if the design is awful).
It didn’t escalate as fast as those people expected. And I doubt it will be any time soon either. But it will happen. So speak up now, rather than too late.
I’m on a 6 month sub, where’s my mog? I want to prance about like a pansy!
I will gladly do the same with those people

In 2050 they will be giving an item that makes your character one shot all mythic bosses for 6 month subscription.

they probably wont, but why is it a bad thing since you can just buy it with ingame gold anyway if you wanted to
fair enough, to each their own but i personally dont see it or any of the other store stuff as such a big deal since none of it has really impacted the game
Some people just don’t have 10+ hours a day to farm gold. Some people are still in school when they play this game for example, others have other business hobbies or a job to attend to.
Just saying “lol just farm gold noob” can be said for everything these days.
Maybe look into the future if they add more stuff like this.

It would have felt so much more rewarding if this had been a quest chain, that’s really the only reason why I’m annoyed about things like this, it could have been more content to do and something to work on - though I suppose the gold farm to get it is something.
But hey, I’m seeing people happy about owning it in Stormwind so that’s kind of cute to see 
oh how far blizzard have fallen. or should i say Activision? Because either blizzard are now rotten to the core, or someone else is pulling the strings. this is the kind of cancer we see in modern warfare.
Its only a question of how long it will take for things in the game to look actually horrendous and everything worth half a look is locked behind a paywall.
Warzone at least has the excuse of being F2P, wow doesn’t.

I’d kind of rather they had put some effort into distancing themselves from Racism and Sexism, but ehh, Blizz be Blizz, Bread and Circuses.
This Blue could have used their time to make an actual announcement of importance, but no, cool cool, we now know that Racism and Sexism are OK with Blizzard.
Weird take in this day and age, but ehh, it is an American company, they do have a kind of first world economy with third world values.
