So just a second ago i was distracted and upgraded a m+ ring with haste+vers thinking it was haste+mastery, name of the ring: “thunderous downburst ring”.
Can you pleas revert the change and give the valor back? Opening a support ticket in-game (days of waiting?)

CS will not help with “accidental” item upgrades. I recommend being more careful next time.
Until this actually happens to you and you realise you cannot get anything refunded it always makes you more careful next time.
Sorry, but it’s been stated by GMs and Community Managers many times that Blizzard will not help with this kind of thing.
Yes i forgot how hard it is to make a system to refund miss clicked stuff. Sure i understand, if i went to implement such system i would struggler a bit, let alone Blizz and their indie Devs.

We also sometimes forget how hard it is to double check before making a decision 
I don’t think it’s a system restriction, I think it’s a conscious choice to make players responsible for their actions, not to have a safety net and to save on support spending a huge amount of time (and money) doing the replacement when they could be doing other things that players actually need help with rather than if the players just paid a little bit of attention to what they are doing.
Personally I think it’s the right decision not to help, and yes, I have done this myself but I took ownership of my mistake and didn’t expect Blizzard to bail me out.
