And if you need anything made to the highest quality, then find someone that you can have as a personal crafter or find a crafter that has some pride in his/her the crafting.
Until Blizzard Entertainment puts a funktion in the ordering system for the open market to force specific quality you are att the hands of the crafter. I think they made major blunder by not putting in a funktion so that the person that is ordering a gear can get it to the quality they want.
