These have been in the game files for expansions now and I’d love to make an undead dk standing upright ala Leroic.
Also is there any word about adding additional race options I.e beards, hair styles etc

They should just give all races the option to have the back surgery and straighten up, at the barber’s shop. Very skilled goblins in there 
Why limit to the goblins?
Everyone on Azeroth should have the opportunity to hammer a Forsaken’s back strieght
I, meanwhile, would also love crouching elves for that wretched/nightfallen look.

This! With longer hair and scraggly beard options. Would love it if maxes and pole arms wouldn’t look tiny when wielding them too.
