Urgent Account Ban Issue—Request for Appeal Timeframe

Hello everyone,

Is there currently another issue with the system? My secondary account, which I typically only use to follow my main account (except in dungeons and raids), was suddenly banned mid-flight for “Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks)” (flight path: Orgrimmar to Gadgetzan—was planning to work on the Tier 0.5 questline). How long does the appeal process usually take? I need to lead a raid tomorrow! :sweat_smile:

Sorry to tell you, ban appeals take as long as they take, and posting on the forums about bans is a violation of the forum terms of service, and could get you forum banned too.

Posting on the forums does not get you prioritized either.
