Hammer of wrath is currently consuming 2 charges. That is due to the 4 pieces effect that is somehow bugged. This needs to be addressed as soon as posible. Please report to the US developers so they can make a quick hotfix.

i too am seeing this, its having a drastic impact on damage throughput for the class
very bad cz it doesn’t only affect dps but also rotation and holy power consumption. this is very bad and needs to get hotfixed asap.
