Since our thread in the tech support forum is being ignored I am creating one here too. Having server issues for over 24hrs is unacceptable:

Sorry to hear that you’re having some issues in Alterac Valley.
I just tried going into AV with one of the posters in the other thread (Nucléase), and I’ve had no latency issue whatsoever to cast spells or interact with the environment. It’s most likely not a server issue at the moment.

We are on a discord of approx 30 people and we are all experiencing lag. It is periodic spikes. Everyone has said they are getting it both in bg chat with pugs and on discord. Maybe you entered at a moment it was not happening. It is definitely a server side issue or something with the connection along the way to us.
Has been going on for the past three days, at least.
I’ve also experienced two battle.net disconnects in the past week, something which usually occurred only once every ~6 months.
