People in decision of WoW aren’t the smartest didn’t you realize from SL previews and their BFA interviews?
I don’t really care as long as I can participate in the discussions. With the current 100% buff it didn’t take that long.
The forum works off the armory and the regions are separate. We don’t post on a battle net level like other wow games do.
But we don’t need subscription to post on the forum ?
But only the alpha-forums? Because it’s funny, I also made a LV10 character today and tried to access the forums there.
The Alpha part is useable with just a level 10 char from a starter account. I am not using other parts of the forums because I am EU based, so I have no idea what is and isn’t restricted elsewhere.
But where do you change the region of your wow from EU to US ? I can change region for all other game but i can’t change the region on Battle.net on WoW.
If they were merged, forum would be asking for split. Guaranteed

They created category for feedback for class and convenant but we can’t write in it.
But maybe it wil be changed soon

i guess it was done to stop the eternal rivalry between the freedom fighters and the old continent…
I can already imagine the chaos that would happen should they merge the two forums. The English forumers would wage a thread war against their former colony to reclaim it in the name of the Empire. Meanwhile the French would rise out of their baguette bunkers and join the side of the Freedom Fighters (FF) against their English nemesis.
The German would see this as an opportunity and take the fight to the French Forums to wash away the humiliation of WW2 where they were basically T-bag’ing France but the French were carried by a bunch of friends and ended up winning the game.
Switzerland, seeing that the German supermarkets are empty as every abled man was sent to the military will proceed to plunder any TP from Germany and start a lucrative TP trade business with the rest of the world. This will spark conflicts and insurrections in Germany which will ultimately lead to the downfall of the reborn German Empire.
The French will then proceed to mock the Germans about their lack of skills and amateurish use of their class, while praising themselves about their foresight and greatness despite not being responsible for their victory. Ultimately both will organise a BBQ to forge a new friendship and will soon forget about everything that happened between them.
Japan will see this as an opportunity to join the fight and flood the US forum with anime gifs and videos, spreading unrest and chaos among the FF troups. Fearing that their soldiers were corrupted or manipulated, the FF will send a retired CIA expert on a secret mission to get rid of the anime materials compromising their internal security. The retired agent refused many times to come back to the CIA but after his daughter was targeted and almost harmed by the menace he decided to take back his previous job and reassemble his crew. Plot twist : the government was the one who attacked his daughter to get him back to the CIA.
He’ll then proceed to delete every hard drive containing anime stuff and come back hailed as the hero who saved the day.
Meanwhile somewhere in eastern Europe a Serb will shoot at an Austrian prince and smh the whole world was triggered.
Greenland, having enough of this sht decides to send their elite squadrons of Seals and their secret ops Penguin squads to chill out these idiots and bring back peace and prosperity to the forums.
The Greenland leader, Sir Arthus Meneseal (seen here during his Coronation speech, recolored circa 1666 https://i.imgur.com/MgBRINH.jpg) will become the king of the world and would always rule with Wisdom and Strength. Unfortunately he’ll shortly after fall into madness after some crates of grain started spreading a decease in his kingdom.

Just kiddin’, was probably easier this way for them as different team will monitor different forums and not have to bother about timezones

Its quite simple, anyone playing outside the US is a 2nd class citizen as far as they are concerned.
They don’t care what anyone in another region thinks about their game.
I used to play on the US side and the level of interactions on the US forums vs the EU ones are blatantly obvious.
Not like we’re sitting down for a meal / meeting each others parents.
I suggest this a lot.
They don’t care about EU forums in the slightest.
Absolutely zero reason why forums should be split.
The WoW sub-reddit is far more active than EU or US forums and they’re not for US only.
We have EU Alpha forums now too.
because we, in the evolved part of the world, don’t want to interact with the detritus over there?
