So basically the title. Visiting blizzardgearstore (.com, can’t post links) from anywhere in the EU will just give the EU shop, not the US one. There is also no way to switch to the US shop, except through a VPN. Changing to Dollars will only do that, change the currency. As soon as I change my location to US through VPN though, a whole different store pops up, with WAY more stuff. I have already submitted a ticket, but I was told to make a forum post about it. They will ship to EU if you shop on the US shop; you just can’t reach the shop.

I had the same problem with BlizzCon, it was incredibly awkward to get to the BlizzCon store which was only on the US site and in the end I just couldn’t be bothered.
There is next to nothing on the EU part and everything is on the US store. It’s the most ill thought out system.

it’s a problem ever since they switched over to the fanatics site. All the good stuff in only available in the US store. It’s pretty damn stupid. They have a whole fan base here that would love a little more love (same for other continents ofc).

It doesn’t make a lot of business sense to make it harder to buy items. The issue probably lies with the way the Fanatics site works but then Blizzard need to get them to sort that.

Even if you get to the US store and see all the extra stuff, it costs a fortune to get it sent here. EU finally got our gear store back after years of asking, then it only lasted a year or so before it vanished and this new thing appeared with no announcement at all …
I have managed to get to the US shop since Fanatics took over but I now can’t get there at all. I wanted to see the Christmas jumper people were talking about but guess it’s not for us.
