so i was reading that there is a tabard promotion in america where you buy a packet of sweets, upload the reciept and get a wow exclusive tabard. sounds good, the crimson varient in particular is very nice.
so if you do not live in america, you are excluded from ever getting this tabard then? clarification on how this becomes an inclusive promotion please?

Blizzard don’t do this type of promotion for free, because it takes time & resources to create the tabards & pet.
The American stores associated with the promotion would have paid Blizzard to create the promotional items, they then make this money back by players spending money in their stores.
If EU stores stepped up & did the same, we could have nice shiny promotional items too.
