Use shared action bars not working

Is anyone else experiencing this?
When I check on or off ‘’ use shared action bars ‘’ it doesnt make a single bit of difference, so i have to manually move the different abilities/macros on and off my bars when i change spec and its mega annoying.

I use elvui and a handful of raid addons, its only been an issue since 11.1 never had this before.

Shared action bars are for loadouts within a spec, not for sharing bars between specs.

It is within the same spec.

Haven’t had any issues with it with Bartender or ElvUI’s bars. They both use the in-game bars for storing stuff.
