How can it be that friendlist, raid frames, talents, inspect, chat, literally any window that you can open up is broken? I’ve never seen something like this on the worst private servers man.

Maybe update your addons? Many of the most popular ones have been updated over the last few days

Friendlist sometimes shows green pictures, sometimes shows the guy online when he isn’t, sometimes it shows he isn’t online but he is.
Inspect takes a year to load, sometimes doesn’t even open.
Chat sometimes opens 3 times on itself.
These issues are from day 1 of wotlk classic.
I guess your addons are out of date.

Does sound like broken addons and inspect delay is probably due to your gearscore addon already inspecting people you mouseover

I dont use UI addons outside bag one.
Ive encountered every bug listed here
Also since ulduar patch some raid frames (standard) getting grayed ourt instead of showing class color
I haven’t experienced any of those issues, other than Battlenet being diabolical but what’s new about that 
If you have even 1 broken addon, it could cause a flood of lua errors, which can cause issues with UI elements. Or its something else you’ve done. If disabling all addons doesn’t help then do a fresh install

Yea this is the brand new one
I’ve had friend list bugs since day 1 of original Classic. Both the ingame friendlist and the bnet friendlist (including the one accessible from the launcher) would not record people logging in even if they were online recently, would show people offline even if they were online at the moment, plus the ingame one would sometimes not load anything at all, instead showing a whole page of “unknown”.
I agree that inspect is most likely due to a gearscore addon, the addon needs to inspect players and there’s inspect throttling in place since original Wrath, because gearscore was literally killing servers and disconnecting people back then.
Didn’t notice any chat issues.
I do have a Group Finder issue, though - after listing myself for any activity I am no longer able to browse existing listings. I just get the loading circle and nothing ever shows up.
I have this one too, just forgot to mention it.
Not using any addons: mail doesnt fill up your alts and friends, lfg keeps constantly bugging out, action bars disappearing, floating texts turning off, chat windows disconnecting from their channels, macros bugging out, totem quickcast bars going bonkers, arena teams interface glitching, pve IDs tab going bonkers, raid frames going bonkers …
Some of those are after blizzards last “update” but majority are here since like OG wotlk or something …
Even though you haven’t added any addons it may be a good idea to remove the cache, WTF and if you have one, an Interface folder.
I also tried turning it off and on again, and I put 3 talents into improved blizzard, but blizzard still sucks …

does your target of target resource bar like “mana” “runic power” “rage” etc not stay at 100% at all times?
Nope it seems to work fine, and I use bartender.
works 0% of the time every time
Have this one too, first I thought I’m crazy. Also some buffs don’t show up on floating and some does.
