I’ve switched back to DK and wish to use both specs. For now, as I’m gearing, can I get away with using the same gear for both Unholy and Blood?, apart from the azerite gear of course.
Any tips, greatly appreciated.
while gearing up, u will want mostly ilvl, 10ilvls is usualy an upgrade for blood.
once u start looking into stats, for rings for example, u will want to get versatily+haste for blood and haste+crit for unholy
u can use the blood gear with haste/versa for unhly also, but its in rings u will find the bigger amount of secundary stats
can you get away with it? yes, you can, but once ilvl stabilizes u can focus on min/max stats better

As far as I’m aware with almost no exception you want Unholy spec trinkets as Blood as well, which can be useful information.
So for blood its not worth chasing “tank” trinkets?
It really depends for what content. On high keys I’d use bloodthirsty urchin and / or queen’s court trinket but on low keys or HC raid, I go 2 x dps trinkets (By high keys I mean +18 and more but it can be lower/higher according to your gear and how you feel comfortable in the dungeon.) Opulence trinket is still good if you can get a nice titanforge from the mythic version. D’ont bother getting tank trinkets from dungeons though.
